Master Password Builder Grid (aka
MPBG)...
I have created the Master Password
Builder Grid (MPBG) as a tool to help you build better passwords. I
know there are times that you will need to come up with a password
and you haven't a clue what to choose. The MPBG is designed to help
you build a really strong password based on any word you can come up with.
How to use the MPBG:
1.
Download the latest MPBG pdf file (see below)
2.
Print the MPBG pdf file
3.
Pick a word (any word)
4.
Reference the letters of the word you picked to the letters in the
grid
5.
Then build your new password by using the four character combos for
the corresponding letter of your word.
6.
You have now created a very strong password.
7.
It is recommended that you never write down your new password or the
base word.
Your new password will help create what appears to be a random
password to the untrained eye or would be evil-doer. However, you
know that it is a password based on a word of your choice.
Every month, I will publish an
updated Master Password Builder Grid (MPBG).
Get
the 2010 JAN-MAR MPBG by clicking
here (requires Adobe Acrobat Reader)
Starting in 2010, the MPBG will be
published four times a year (once a quarter). Each MPBG is uniquely built
for your personal use. If you have any comments, questions, or
concerns about the MPBG please send me an email at dave@daveguerra.com.
